Answer: Inclusive growth basically means pro-poor growth and broad-based growth. Inclusive growth aims to ensure socio-economic development of those who are left during the growth process of the country. Thus, inclusive growth means equitable allocation of growth (resources) where benefits incurred by every section of society.

  • Eleventh Five Year Plan defines inclusive growth as growth process which yields broad-based benefits and equality of opportunity for all.
