Pre-History
Pre-History generally refers to a period where there’s no writing or development. In the absence of records, these periods are judged on the basis of artefacts (mostly tools).
- Pre-history period in India is divided into three different phases based on the tools used by the people. They are –
Palaeolithic Period (Old Stone Age): 2 million BC – 10,000 BC
