Union Cabinet Rejects Creamy Layer Exclusion from SC/ST Reservation

On 9th August, 2024, the Union Cabinet rejected the Supreme Court's recommendation to exclude the creamy layer from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe reservation.
