Central Government Forms Panel to Monitor Indo-Bangladesh Border

On 9th August, 2024, in response to the on-going unrest in Bangladesh, the Central government established a committee led by a senior BSF officer to oversee the Indo-Bangladesh border situation and ensure the safety of Indian nationals and minority communities in Bangladesh.
