Answer: The Colombo Security Conclave (CSC) formed in 2011 is a maritime security grouping of India, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Mauritius with Bangladesh and Seychelles as the observer states. The recent National Adviser level meeting of CSC was held in July 2022 in Kochi in India.

The grouping is significant for ensuring regional security in the IOR as-
