India Commissions Three Indigenous Naval Vessels
On January 15, 2025, the Indian Navy achieved a remarkable milestone with the commissioning of three frontline platforms on the same day.
- This historic event marked the first tri-commissioning of such advanced vessels in the Navy's history.
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed this achievement as a significant step towards realizing the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India) and dedicated the three vessels to the nation.
