Answer: A recent report by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) flagged a decline in consumption of LPG cylinder refills under the Ujjwala scheme, but has also highlighted cases of the delivery of cylinders to minors and unidentified beneficiaries. It also flagged other odd numbers recorded.
