Reasons of development of Revolutionaries:
- The failure of the leadership to harness the revolutionary forces of the youth.
- The government's repression to non-violent protest.
- Inspiration from Irish nationalists or Russian nihilists who took individual heroic actions.
- However, it was the abrupt end of Non-Cooperation Movement that caused widespread disillusionment amongst the active and mobilized youth that then started to rally behind revolutionary ideas.
