Rationale

  • The last National Curriculum Framework (NCF) was designed in 2005. The NCF will be essential for the implementation of the National education Policy (NEP) in school education.

Terms of Reference

  • It will develop four NCFs for school education, early childhood care and education, teacher education and adult education, keeping in focus all the recommendations of NEP-2020 related to these four areas for proposing curriculum reforms.
