Answer: Code of Ethics: It is a written set of values provided by an organization to its officials or employees which guide their behaviour according to established values and ethical standards. These codes are in general - obligation and admonition.

It includes honesty, integrity, impartiality, commitment to public services, accountability, etc. However, in India, no government organization demarcated civil services values for bureaucracy and politicians. It is first a set of values that should be followed by default.
