19th East Asia Summit (EAS)
On 11th October 2024, Indian Prime Minister attended the 19th East Asia Summit (EAS) in Vientiane, Lao PDR, emphasizing the significance of ASEAN in the Indo-Pacific region.
- In his address, the Prime Minister underscored ASEAN's central role in shaping the Indo-Pacific regional architecture and highlighted India’s commitment to the Act East Policy through participation in the East Asia Summit.
