Curative Petition
- Recently, curative petitions were filed by Nirbhaya Case convicts.
- In case a review petition gets dismissed there is an option of curative petition as brought into force by SC itself in RoopaHurra v Ashok Hurra (2002).
- A curative petition may be filed after a review plea against the final conviction is dismissed.
