UPSC Annual Report: Some Facts/Data
Candidates were allowed to opt either English or Hindi or any one of the Indian Languages as medium for the Personality Test (P.T.). Out of 2306 candidates (candidates actually appeared in P.T. were 2302) who qualified for Personality Test, 2100 candidates opted for English while 206 candidates opted for an Indian Language as a medium for interview as per details given –
