Rights of Illegal Migrants

The foreign nationals who enter the country without valid travel documents are treated as illegal migrants.

  • Constitutional Provisions: Article 51 states that the state shall endeavour to foster respect for international law and treaty obligations in the dealings of organized people (illegal immigrants) with one another.
