Digital Rights imply the right to privacy and data protection. It also addresses issues of equal distribution of Internet access regardless of economic background.
- Constitutional Provisions: Article 21 of the constitution deals with right to privacy aspect of digital internet whereas article 19 deals with the freedom of speech aspect of digital rights.
