Ashtalakshmi Mahotsav
Ashtalakshmi Mahotsav - a three-day cultural festival – was celebrated for the first time from 6th to 8th December at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. It highlighted the vast cultural tapestry of Northeast India, bringing together an array of traditional arts, crafts, and cultural practices.
- The eight states of Northeast India, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura and Sikkim are also called 'Ashtalakshmi' or eight forms of prosperity.
Aim: To foster dialogue, explore investment opportunities, and spark innovative collaborations in line with the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister for India’s Northeast region.
