- निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिये, जिनमें से प्रत्येक 300 शब्दों से अधिक की न हो :
(अ) भारत में ब्रिटिश औपनिवेशिक प्रशासन की विशेषताएं
(ब) भारतीय प्रशासन पर संवैधानिक ढांचे का प्रभाव
(स) संघ मंत्रिमंडलीय समितियों की भूमिका
Comment on any two of the following in not more than 300 words :
(a) Salient features of the British colonial administration in India.
(b) Impact of Constitutional framework of Indian administration.
(c) Role of Union Cabinet Committees. - गठबंधन सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री की शक्तियों एवं स्थिति का परीक्षण कीजिए।
Examine the powers and position of Prime Minister in coalition government. - संघ और राज्य सरकारों के मध्य प्रशासकीय संबंधों का परीक्षण कीजिए और कुछ अभिनव प्रवृत्तियों पर प्रकाश डालिए।
Examine the administrative relations between the Union and State governments and throw light on some recent trends. - भारतीय नियोजन प्रक्रिया के अन्तर्गत योजना आयोग की भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए।
Explain the role of the Planning Commission in Indian planing procedure. - निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिये, जिनमें से प्रत्येक 300 शब्दों से अधिक की न हो :
(अ) भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक की भूमिका।
(ब) भारत में लोक उद्यमों की प्रमुख समस्याएं।
(स) मंत्रियों तथा लोक सेवकों के संबंधों में उत्तरोत्तर हास्य।

(b) Major problems of public undertakings in India.
(c) Progressive decline in the relationship between Ministers and Civil servants. - ‘‘मुख्य सचिव राज्य सचिवालय की मध्य धुरी है।’’ इस कथन के संदर्भ में उसकी भूमिका का परीक्षण कीजिए।
“Chief Secretary is the Kingpin of State secretariat.” Examine his role in the light of this statement. - ‘‘73वें एवं 74वें संविधान संशोधनों के बाद राज्यों में प्रजातांत्रिक विकेंद्रीकरण के प्रयासों में तेजी आई है।’’ इस कथन का विश्लेषण कीजिए।
“The efforts for democratic decentralization has gained the momentum in States after 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments.” Analyse the statement. - अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति तथा महिलाओं के कल्याण के लिए चलाये जा रहे विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का संक्षिप्त विवरण दीजिए।
Give a brief account of various programmes for welfare of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and women.
