खण्ड-अ (Section-A)
- “परिवार अपने सदस्यों को विशिष्ट पहचान का निर्माण करता है।” इस उद्धरण के संदर्भ में परिवार के सदस्यों के मनोसामाजिक कल्याण पर विघटित परिवारों के प्रभाव का वर्णन कीजिए।
"Family shapes the identity of its members." Discuss the effect of disorganised families on Psycho-social well-being of its members with reference to the statement given within quotes. - “साम्प्रदायिक हिंसा समाज विरोधी तत्वों तथा राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा फैलाई गई घृणा के कारण भड़कती है।” विवेचना कीजिए।
"Communal violence flares up due to antisocial elements and hatred spread by political parties." Discuss. - निर्धनता की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए और इसके सामाजिक कारणों की विवेचना कीजिए।
Explain the concept of 'poverty' and discuss its social causes. - ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विकास की अपर्याप्तताओं की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत कीजिए तथा ग्रामीण अंचल के लोगों के आर्थिक उन्नयन के लिए आवश्यक विशिष्ट कार्यक्रमों का वर्णन कीजिए।
Outline the inadequacies of development of rural areas and describe the special programmes needed for economic upliftment of people in rural areas. - मनःचिकित्सकीय समाज कार्य की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए तथा इसके कार्यक्षेत्र का वर्णन कीजिए।
Clarify the concept of Psychiatric social work and describe its scope. - ‘जाति’ तथा ‘वर्ग’ में विभेद स्थापित कीजिए। जाति प्रथा में हो रहे परिवर्तन के प्रतिमान का उल्लेख कीजिए तथा इस बात की भी समीक्षा कीजिए कि ‘क्या भारत में जाति सर्वोपरि है’।
Differentiate between 'caste' and 'class'. Mention the pattern of change taking place in caste system and also comment on 'whether caste in India is above all'. - ‘अनुसूचित जनजाति’ की परिभाषा दीजिए तथा उनके विकास हेतु भारत सरकार की नीति पर प्रकाश डालिए।
Define 'Schedule Tribes' and highlight the policy of Government of India for their development. - निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियां लिखिएः
Write short notes on any two of the following :
(अ) नगरीय सामुदायिक विकास (Urban community Development)
(ब) सामाजिक सुरक्षा (Social Security)
(स) सामाजिक दृष्टि से बाधित व्यक्ति (Socially Handicapped Persons)
(द) बंधुआ मजदूरी (Bonded Labour)
