खण्ड-अ (Section-A)
- “वैज्ञानिक उपागम, जिसे हाल के वर्षों में विकसित किया गया है, अन्तरराष्ट्रीय राजनीति के अध्ययन के लिए अपर्याप्त है।”
इस कथन के आलोक में अन्तरराष्ट्रीय राजनीति के अध्ययन में वैज्ञानिक उपगम के प्रयोग के बारे में हेडले बुल के विचारों का परीक्षण कीजिये।
"The scientific approach, which has been developed in recent years, is inappropriate to the study of International Politics."
In the light of this statement, examine the views of Hedley Bull regarding the use of scientific approach to the study of International Politics.
- उन कारणों का परीक्षण कीजिये जिन्होंने राजनय की गति व प्रकृति को बड़े पैमाने पर बदल दिया है। Examine the factors which have drastically altered the tempo and temper of diplomacy.
- उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की सहायत से आर्थिक विकास तथा शांति संवर्द्धन में क्षेत्रीय संगठनों की भूमिका का परीक्षण कीजिये। Examine with the help of suitable examples, the role of regional international organisations in promotion of peace and economic development.
- निःशस्त्रीकरण तथा शस्त्र नियंत्रण में भेद कीजिये। क्या निःशस्त्रीकरण अभी भी एक मिथक है? तर्क दीजिये। Distinguish between Disarmament and Arms control. Is disarmament still a myth. Give reasons.
- द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के पश्चात्, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका की गठबंधन (alliance) तथा सहायत (assistance की विदेश नीति का विश्लेषण कीजिये। Analyse the U.S. foreign policy of alliance and assistance of the post second World War period.
- भारत-पाकिस्तान संबंधों की अभिनव प्रवृत्तियों का परीक्षण कीजिए। Examine the recent trends in the Indo-Pak relations.
- दक्षिण एशिया के प्रति संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका तथा रूस की विदेश नीति के उद्येश्य की विवेचना कीजिये। Discuss the objectives of the foreign policy of the U.S.A. and Russia towards South Asia.
- शीत युद्ध काल के उपरान्त हिन्द महासागर को शांति क्षेत्र बनाने में इसके तटवर्ती देशों की भूमिका का आकलन कीजिये। Assess the role of the rim countries of the Indian Ocean in making it a zone of peace in the post cold war period.
