खण्ड-अ(Section-A)

“न्यूनतम बहिर्वेशन न्याय की निष्पक्षता की पूर्व शर्त है।’’-सामाजिक न्याय के सिद्धांत के विशेष सन्दर्भ में इस कथन की व्याख्या कीजिये।
