खण्ड-अ(Section-A)

1. 1857 के ब्रिटिश अनुभवों के बाद भारत के प्रति हुए प्रमुख नीतिगत परिवर्तनों की व्याख्या कीजिये।
   Explain the major policy changes towards India after the British experiences of 1857.
2. 1935 के भारत सरकार अधिनियम की प्रमुख विशेषताओं का परीक्षण कीजिये। इसे "गुलामी का एक नया दस्तावेज" क्यों कहा गया था?
   Examine the main features of Government of India Act, 1935- Why was is called a "new charter of slavery"?
3. महात्मा गांधी के जन आंदोलनों की समीक्षा कीजिये। उन्होंने उनमें क्या रणनीति अपनाई?
   Review the mass movements of Mahatma Gandhi. What strategy did he apply therein?
4. निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर आलोचनात्मक टिप्पणी लिखिये :
   Write critical notes on any two of the following:
   (अ) बारदोली आंदोलन (Bardoli Movement)
   (ब) मराठा परिसंघ (Maratha Confederacy)
   (स) हरिपुरा कांग्रेस अधिवेशन (Congress Session of Haripura)
   (द) नौसेना विद्रोह(1946) [Naval Mutiny (1946])

5. वार्साय संधि (1919) के गुण एवं दोषों के आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिये।
   Critically examine the merits and demerits of The Treaty of Versailles (1919).
6. उन परिस्थितियों की विवेचना कीजिये, जिनके कारण जर्मनी में हिटलर एवं नाजीवाद का उदय हुआ।
   Trace the circumstances that led to the rise of Hitler and Nazism in Germany.
7. 1985-1991 के दौरान सोवियत संघ में साम्यवाद के पतन की विस्तृत व्याख्या कीजिये।
   Explain the detail the collapse of communism in Soviet Union during 1985-1991-
8. भूमण्डलीकरण क्या है? भारत पर इसके सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक प्रभावों की समीक्षा कीजिये।
   What is globalisation? Review its social and economic impacts on India.
