  1. किन्हीं पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिये। प्रत्येक खण्ड से दो प्रश्न करना अनिवार्य है।
  2. सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान हैं।

Note :-

  1. Attempt any five questions. Two questions must be attempted from each section.
  2. All questions carry equal marks.

खण्ड-अ (Section-A)

  1. सीमान्त लागत तथा औसत लागत के मध्य सम्बन्ध को समझाइए। अल्पकालीन औसत लागत वक्र न्. आकार के क्यों होते हैं?
    2. Explain the relationship between marginal cost and average cost. Why short-run average cost curves are U-shaped?
  2. एकाधिकारी प्रतियोगिता की स्थिति में एक फर्म के दीर्घ-कालीन सन्तुलन को स्पष्ट कीजिए।
    3. Explain the long-run equilibrium of a firm under the monopolistic-competition.
  3. ‘‘अन्य बातें समान होने पर, यदि राष्ट्रीय आय अधिक है, तो आर्थिक-कल्याण भी अधिक होगा।’’ स्पष्ट कीजिए।
    4. "Other things being equl. economic-welfare is greater, if national income is greater". Explain.
  4. "IS-LM माॅडल, केन्ज तथा प्रतिष्ठित अर्थशास्त्रियों के माॅडलों का संयोग है।’’ समझाइए।
    5. "IS-LM Model is a synthesis of Keynes and Classics". Explain.

  5. सार्वजनिक-व्यय किस प्रकार राष्ट्रीय-आय के आकार, स्थायित्व एवं वितरण को प्रभावित करता है?
    6. How does Public-Expenditure affect the size, stability and distribution of national income?
  6. अन्तरराष्ट्रीय-व्यापार के हेक्श्चर-ओहलिन सिद्धान्त का आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिए।
    7. Critically examine the Heckscher-Ohlin Theory of International-Trade.
  7. आर्थिक-वृद्धि के हैरोड-डोमर माॅडल का आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिए।
    8. Critically examine the Harrod-Domar Model of Economic-Growth.
  8. निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिएः
    (क) कर-अपवंचन एवं कर विवर्तन।
    (ख) अन्तरराष्ट्रीय-व्यापार और प्रतिकूल-प्रभाव।
    (ग) मानव-पूंजी-निर्माण की समस्याएं।
    (घ) बजटीय घाटे का अर्थव्यवस्था पर प्रभाव।
    9. Write short notes on any two of the following:
    (a) Tax-Evasion and shifting of a Tax.
    (b) International-Trade and Backwash-Effects.
    (c) Problems of Human-Capital-Formation.
    (d) Effect of budget-deficit on the economy.
