- On 5th August, 2024, the PARIVESH Portal crossed the milestone of 50,000 clearances.
- PARIVESH stands for Pro-Active and Responsive facilitation by Interactive, Virtuous, and Environmental Single Window Hub portal.
- It is designed to assist in the effective delivery of various environmental clearances.
- This streamlines the process for obtaining Environmental Clearances (EC), Forest Clearances (FC), Wildlife (WL) clearances, and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearances.
- The portal was developed by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEFCC) through the National Informatics Centre ....
