NITI Aayog’s Online Dispute Resolution

Recently, the NITI Aayog released a new first-of-its-kind Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) manual.

ODR refers to the use of digital technology and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) approaches including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration to resolve conflicts outside of the courtroom, particularly in small and medium-sized cases.
