Forest Rights Act, 2006
Recently, the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs addressed a combined communication to all state governments urging them to "apply the Forest Rights Act (FRA, 2006) as soon as possible.
