REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation)

It is a global effort to establish an incentive for developing countries to protect, better manage, and save their forest resources, so helping to combat climate change. The UN-REDD initiative was established with the help of three UN agencies: UNEP, UNDP, and FAO.
