Chandrayaan-2 Mission
- India’s second lunar mission ‘Chandrayaan 2’ was launched on 22nd July 2019 from Sriharikota (Satish Dhawan Satellite Launch Station) via GSLV MK-III. It aimed at exploring the unexplored south pole of the moon.
- It consisted of an Orbiter, Lander (Vikram) and Rover (Pragyan).
