The 7th round of India-Indonesia Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) was held on 14 April, 2022, in Jakarta.
- Prime Minister of India visited Indonesia to attend the 17th G20 Summit in Bali. At the closing session of the Summit, the Indonesian President symbolically handed over the G20 Presidency to the Prime Minister.
- The second edition of the Joint Task Force (JTF) meeting on development of connectivity between Andaman & Nicobar Islands (ANI) and Aceh Province, Indonesia took place in Port Blair on 19 December, 2022.
