- Regional Disparity:The reach of the technology is still very poor and large chunk of farmers are still ignorant about such advancements. The distribution of technologies is not uniform throughout the country and there is visible regional disparity in the rural infrastructure. Farmers of prosperous states like- Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra are more inclined towards technology than the farmers of backward states who still use their age-old techniques and knowledge.
