10 Years of Swachh Bharat Mission
On 2nd October, 2024, Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) completed 10 years of its implementation.
- Launched on October 2, 2014, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan includes two key components: the Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) and the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).
- SBM has been recognized as the largest behavior change programme in the world that mobilized over a billion people in India for a cleaner, safer, healthier, and prosperous future for citizens.
