- The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) is seeking international trademark protection for 'Charkha' symbol used on khadi products under the Paris Convention.
- The Paris Convention, adopted in 1883, applies to industrial property in the widest sense. It has 177 Parties and is administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). ....
