Short-term Emergency Measure against Air Pollution

  • Acting on a proposal from scientists of IIT Kanpur, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) had planned artificial rain through cloud-seeding in the city to wash away air pollutants as a short-term emergency measure.
