National Institutional Ranking Framework Rankings 2020

Recently Ministry of Human Resource Development released the NIRF 2020 rankings.

Key Highlights

  • Under the Universities category, the IISc topped the list, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University and Banaras Hindu University.
  • Under the Colleges category, Miranda House got the first rank, followed by Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Hindu College.
  • The three best engineering institutions are IIT Madras, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay. The IIMs, at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata, took the top positions in the management category.
