ILO Treaty on Violence at Workplace

  • The International Labour Organization (ILO) has adopted a global treaty against violence and harassment in the workplace in its Centenary Conference in Geneva.
  • The treaty was adopted by delegates from the 187 member states.
  • The treaty is binding only on those states that ratify it.
