Indian Counter Terrorism infrastructure has not been able to evolve itself as per the changing dynamics of terrorism

The recent Pulwama attack on CRPF convoy in Kashmir which claimed more than 40 lives highlights the critical security lapses in Indian counter-terrorism (CT) architecture.

India did not have any structured CT architecture until Kargil war following which India took serious efforts to give a shape to its CT framework.
