Significance of Balakot Air Strike
The 2019 Balakot airstrike occurred on 26 February, when twelve Mirage 2000H jets of the Indian Air Force crossed the Line of Control in Kashmir to perform an airstrike on a terrorist training camp inside Pakistan in retaliation for Pulwama Attack.
