On 9th April 2025, India marked World Homoeopathy Day with its biggest-ever symposium in Gandhinagar, celebrating the legacy of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and showcasing national strides in homeopathy.

  • The symposium at Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre brought together thousands of doctors, researchers, industry experts, and policymakers to shape the future of homeopathy.
  • The event was jointly organized by the CCRH, NCH, and NIH, reflecting a unified effort to advance research, education, and awareness in the homeopathic community.
  • With over 3.45 lakh registered practitioners, 277 hospitals, and 8,593 dispensaries, India has established a vast and trusted homeopathy network serving over 100 million people.
  • The country supports homeopathic education through 277 colleges and more than 7,000 faculty, producing BHMS graduates under NCH’s regulatory framework.
