On 26th December, 2024, Dr. Manmohan Singh, the former Prime Minister of India and renowned economist, passed away at the age of 92 after battling health issues.

  • He served as India’s Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014 and played a pivotal role in the economic transformation of the country.
  • As Finance Minister from 1991 to 1996, Dr. Singh spearheaded economic reforms that opened India’s economy to the world and modernized it.
