One Nation One Portal
- The Government has created a unified grievance redressal platform, the Centralised Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), accessible at https://pgportal.gov.in.
- Citizens can lodge grievances related to Central Ministries/Departments, State Governments, and Union Territories (UTs) on CPGRAMS.
- Every Ministry/Department in the Government of India, as well as State Governments/UTs, have access to CPGRAMS, where grievances are resolved on a decentralized basis by the respective Ministries/Departments/States/UTs.
- About 1.3 lakh Grievance Officers from Central and State Governments are mapped on this system.
- CPGRAMS is integrated with the grievance portals of 19 States/UTs.
