The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024
On 24th June, 2024, the Centre notified the rules to enforce The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, aiming to prevent cheating in public exams. The new law came into effect on June 21.
