Punchhi Commission The Government has dusted off the justice MM Punchhi commission report that lays out a roadmap for redefining Centre-state relations, and has formally started discus-sions with states on its recommendations at an Inter-State Council meeting. |
About the Commission The Punchhi Commission was set up by the Government under the chairmanship of Justice (Retd.) Madan Mohan Punchhi, former Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India in 2005.
