India in Bahrain Festival

On 21st February 2025, the second edition of the "India in Bahrain Festival" attracted over 2,000 visitors to Dana Mall in Sanabis, celebrating India’s rich cultural heritage through performances, art exhibitions, and traditional cuisine.

• More than 20 Indian community associations set up stalls at the festival, selling traditional handicrafts, textiles, and authentic Indian cuisine, allowing attendees to experience India’s rich cultural offerings.
• As part of its outreach efforts, the Indian Embassy set up a dedicated consular services counter to assist Indian expatriates and provide them with relevant information.
• The festival was held under the Ministry of External Affairs’ Promotion of Cultural Ties with Diaspora (PCTD) initiative, reinforcing India’s commitment to strengthening connections with its global diaspora.
