On 18th February 2025, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) launched the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM).
- DBIM aims to unify the digital presence of all government ministries and agencies, ensuring a consistent and accessible user experience.
- The initiative aligns with Prime Minister vision of "Reform, Perform, and Transform," strengthening India’s e-governance ecosystem.
- The DBIM toolkit provides guidelines on website design, typography, color schemes, and iconography to create a standardized identity for government platforms.
- The Gov.In CMS platform has been introduced to streamline website management, making government portals more user-friendly and efficient.
- The Central Content Publishing System (CCPS) will ensure consistency in government messaging across various digital platforms, improving transparency and engagement.
