Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar

On 26th December, 2024, President Droupadi Murmu conferred the prestigious 'Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar' on 17 children for their exceptional contributions across seven categories in New Delhi today.

The awards were given to 17 children from 14 states and union territories for their outstanding achievements in various fields such as Art and Culture, Bravery, Innovation, Science and Technology, Social Service, Sports, and Environment.
Each awardee received a medal, a certificate, and a citation booklet recognizing their remarkable contributions and dedication to their respective fields.
The President acknowledged the importance of recognizing young talent in India, noting that such awards encourage a culture of excellence and innovation among children.
The Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar is a significant recognition, encouraging young people to excel and contribute meaningfully to society, while also fostering a sense of pride in their diverse achievements.
