Rashmika Mandanna

On 15th October, 2024, Rashmika Mandanna was named the national brand ambassador of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) to promote awareness about cyber safety and combat digital crimes.

Rashmika Mandanna, a victim of a deepfake video in 2023, has taken up the role of spreading cybercrime awareness across India.
The I4C, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, focuses on tackling issues like deepfake technology, cyber bullying, online scams, and financial frauds.
As the ambassador, Rashmika will lead campaigns educating the public on digital threats, leveraging her wide social media following of over 44 million.
Cyber Dost, the official MHA cyber safety handle, welcomed her appointment, expressing their goal to strengthen India’s digital security with her support.
Rashmika stated her commitment to combating cybercrimes and encouraging the public to stay informed and vigilant against these growing threats.
