- After his presidency, he continued his passion for teaching at institutions like IIM Shillong, Anna University, and the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology.
- Dr Kalam passed away in 2015 while delivering a lecture to students, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire young minds.
