Framework for Voluntary Carbon Market Launched

On 29th January, 2024, Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and Tribal Affairs introduced the Framework for Voluntary Carbon Market in the Agriculture Sector and Accreditation Protocol for Agroforestry Nurseries in Delhi, focusing on empowering small and medium farmers and promoting eco-friendly agricultural practices.
