​Surge Intellectual Property (IP) Filings

  • Recently, World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) informed that India has experienced a significant surge in intellectual property (IP) filings over the past decade. Patent applications have more than doubled, trademark filings have increased 2.5 times, and design registrations have tripled.
