SC to Examine the Process of Removal of ECs

The Supreme Court on December 1 2017, sought assistance of attorney general on a PIL seeking to insulate the Election Commission from executive influence by making removal of Election Commissioners (EC) as difficult as that of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC).
