Answer: Maoism is the form of communism developed by Mao Tse Tung. Under this doctrine, maoist has to capture state power through combination of armed insurgency, mass mobilization and strategic alliance.
The central theme of Maoist ideology is to capture state power through violence, armed insurrection and mass mobilization.
In India, the largest and active Maoist group is Communist Party of India (Maoist). CPI (M) is the amalgamation of several splinters group and merger of two larger Maoist group in 2004:
